Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to donations made to Shri Sudhanshu Ji Shikshan Sansthan through our website's online payment gateway or via direct bank transfer.

1. Nature of Donations

All contributions made to Shri Sudhanshu Ji Shikshan Sansthan are voluntary donations towards our charitable programs in education, skill development, and rural welfare. As donations are given voluntarily and are used to fund ongoing programs, they are generally non-refundable once processed.

2. Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Considered

We understand that genuine errors can occur. We will consider a refund request in the following situations:

• A duplicate donation was made accidentally for the same cause on the same day.
• An incorrect donation amount was entered due to a technical error.
• The payment was debited from your account but the transaction failed or was not confirmed by our system (in which case the payment gateway/bank will typically auto-reverse the amount as per their own timelines).

Refund requests for reasons other than the above will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Shri Sudhanshu Ji Shikshan Sansthan.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with the following details:

• Full name and contact number used at the time of donation.
• Date and amount of the transaction.
• Transaction ID / UTR number / payment reference.
• Reason for the refund request.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days from the date of approval, subject to processing times of the payment gateway or bank involved. Shri Sudhanshu Ji Shikshan Sansthan is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.

5. Cancellation of Recurring (Monthly) Donations

If you have set up a monthly recurring donation and wish to cancel future payments, please contact us at least 3 working days before your next scheduled payment date, and we will ensure the recurring mandate is cancelled with our payment partner.

6. Tax Exemption Receipts

If a donation is refunded, any 80G tax exemption receipt issued for that donation will be considered void, and you agree not to claim tax exemption on a refunded amount.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
